Budget decisions are made by the City Council, acting on the recommendations of the City Budget Committee, which meets in a series of public meetings each spring to approve the next fiscal year's budget. The fiscal year is July 1st through June 30th each year. Copies of the budget documents can be purchased for copying costs at City Hall.
The City Finance Department is run by Finance Director, Paula Burris.
The staff that works on all the billing and receiving of bills for the City are as follows:
